Kim is responsible for REC Capital overall operation in Australia. He has demonstrated a phenomenal tracking-record in advising and leading companies in their IPO process and, successfully listed in ASX and Hong Kong. He is a specialist in investment banking, corporate advisory, international fund raising, corporate finance, M&A, private equity and management funds, and has had significant success delivering large and complex projects.

Most of all, Kim is an investment banker and financial service professional with common sense and entrepreneur spirt; this is particularly important to our clients to have someone with deep understanding and hands-on experience in their industry and business.  Kim has an extensive across industry experience in financial services, food and agriculture, Green-Tech and recycle, Fintech blockchain, mining and exploration, health and pharmaceutical, retail and brand management, property development and REITs. 

Kim holds three postgraduate master degrees in Finance, Business Administration (MBA) and Business International Trade from Australia.

Dr.Bill Pang holds double Ph.Ds in Finance and Computer Science. He is supervisor of EMBA Finance of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Special Invited Expert of FITS School of China Construction Bank.

Dr.Pang was the General Manager of the Internet Finance Division of Donghai Securities Co., Ltd. and Operations Director of Donghai Fund Management Limited Liability Company (Donghai Securities is one of the largest investment bank and stock broker in China with 3000 staff, 80 offices around China and Hongkong). He also successively served as General Manager of the Internet Finance Division of Green-land Holding Group, General Manager of Greenland Payment Technology Co., Ltd., General Manager of Greenland Internet Petty Loan (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Green Land is the largest real estate development company in China and Fortune 500 in the world).

Dr. Pang was legal Representative and General Manager of Shanghai Lvkun Fund Consignment Co., Ltd., and serve as CEO of Xinyuan Technology Group and CEO of Beijing Ruizhou Xitou Technology Development Co., Ltd.  At present, he serves as Chairman and President of Linkeychain Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and executive director of REC-Linkey Chain Pty Ltd (Australia).
